The institution agrees that all information submitted for listing is:

• Accurate
• Genuine
• Up to date

This may include:

• Institution name
• Address and contact details
• Courses offered
• Fees (if provided)
• Facilities
• Photos and promotional content

The institution is responsible for updating any changes in their information.

3. Student Applications / Leads

Students may submit their details through the Apply button on the platform.

These inquiries may be shared with the institution for admission-related communication.

मोर Shiksha only acts as a lead generation and discovery platform and does not guarantee admissions or student enrollments.

4. Payments for Listing or Promotion

Institutions may choose paid services such as:

• Institution listing
• Promotional content
• Advertisement campaigns

Payments for these services may be collected through:

• UPI
• Bank transfer
• Cash

All payments are considered service charges for listing and promotion.

5. No Admission Guarantee

मोर Shiksha does not guarantee student admissions or enrollments.

Admissions depend on multiple factors including student eligibility, institution policies, and admission processes.

6. Content Usage

The institution grants permission to मोर Shiksha to use the provided information, images, and promotional content for:

• Website listings
• Social media promotion
• Advertisement campaigns
• Educational content

This content will be used only for promotional purposes related to the institution.

7. Refund Policy

Payments made for listing or promotional services are non-refundable, as these payments cover marketing and promotional activities.

8. Listing Removal

Institutions may request removal of their listing by contacting:

• Violate platform policies
• Receive serious complaints

9. Platform Rights

10. Agreement Acceptance

By submitting institution details or requesting a listing on मोर Shiksha, the institution confirms that they have read and agreed to this agreement.
